STANDARD DELIVERY

Expect estimated delivery of 2-8 business days, not including the processing time. 

The processing time for each order can be up to 4 business days and is dependent upon the volume of orders we are currently experiencing. 

All complete in-stock orders where the credit card is successfully authorized before noon Eastern Time on a business day may be shipped the same day. All other shipments will be sent the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a SMS or email with tracking information provided.

Please also note that some of our products are pre-order and still in production, hence some will take longer to ship than others.

Please make sure all of the shipping information is correct before checking out. If the package is returned as non-deliverable, a store credit will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. If you want your package reshipped, you will need to pay a reshipment fee.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not yet received it, you must contact the courier to address the issue directly with them. After you receive shipping confirmation from us, all questions regarding delivery must be directed to the courier.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

All complete in-stock orders where the credit card is successfully authorized before noon Eastern Time on a business day may be shipped the same day. All other shipments will be sent the next business day. Expect estimated delivery of 1-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to the current situation surrounding COVID-19, some countries are experiencing severe delays or transportation has stopped at this time. Please refer to your local government or country transportation updates for more information.

Standard International Shipping Rates: Flat Rate $65.00 (6-10 Business Days)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS HAVE THE FOLLOWING RULES

•Not eligible for free shipping promotions.  

•Not able to ship more than 8 units per order.      

•No gift wrap or gift boxes may be sent.
